Intro

There are many ways of trying to explain the concept of (a healthy) balance in the life of a man…  But in today’s world, of the three areas of his life, the life of the soul tends to be most neglected: first because it is invisible… “Out of sight, out of mind”…  And second because it’s neglect does not seem to raise any alarms early on.

The article mentioned above attempts to draw your attention to  the life of your very own soul (your spiritual life) and to the formation you are actively engaging in to grow it.

  1. In the first three months of this year, for example, would you say that your soul has been undernourished, malnourished or simply starved?
  2. Do you have any specific targets you are aiming for in your spiritual life?
  3. Similar to the way you may be in a learning institution or a professional association or a sports team so as to improve or maintain your academic, professional or sports performance, are you in any means of formation to improve or maintain your spiritual performance?
